muffin tins instead of a cast iron skillet.
I really like individual little desserts.
1 box yellow cake mix
Topping:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 C light brown sugar
1-can pineapple rings (save 1 cup pineapple juice to replace the water for cake mix)
6-maraschino cherries
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a muffin pan add tablespoon melted butter and add 1 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar place the pineapple in the muffin pan cutting to fit and the cherry in the middle. Pour cake mixture over to fill muffin tin 3/4 of the way full. Bake 20 mins
